By accessing or using Gilld's mobile application or website (gilld.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Gilld is a gaming social platform that enables users to find gaming partners, join and host live gaming sessions, participate in leaderboards, and communicate through in-app messaging. The service is available on iOS and Android devices.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Gilld for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spamming, cheating, and distribution of malicious content.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Gilld offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Gilld platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Gilld and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share through Gilld. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Gilld is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gilld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Gilld will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of Gilld after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
