Before you write
Including a few details up front helps us help you faster:
- The email address on your Gilld account.
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 26.2).
- A short description of what happened — and what you expected to happen instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the issue is visual.

Reporting safety issues
If you've encountered harassment, abuse, or any content that violates our Terms inside the app, please use the in-app Report action — it's available on every chat message, comment, profile, and event. Reports go straight to our Trust and Safety team and are reviewed within 24 hours.
If something is urgent or you're unable to use the in-app flow, email support@gilld.app with the subject line “Safety report” and we'll prioritize it.
